We have a new option for International Shipments! US Express Mail for $40.00. In most locations, shipments arrive in 3-5 days. However delivery times are not guaranteed. Please see our shipping information for more details.

For Custom Printed Diaphragms, these can take up to 14 business days before shipment.
Delivery times are ONLY guaranteed for UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and UPS Next Day/Overnight Services.

For International Orders, we cannot guarantee arrival by a certain time. However, it is strongly advised that orders be placed at least 1 month in advance for Christmas delivery.

Due to increased volume of orders we also are low in stock on some of the less common designs and background colors. These items are estimated to be available the week of 11/28/11. If you have any question about the availability of your order, please contact customer service at 800-677-2673.

We have decided to discontinue keeping stock of certain designs. Discontinued means that we will no longer keep stock in our warehouse of this design, however, they will be painted by request if customers or distributors choose to order these designs. Our typical 7-12 business day lead time will apply as normal. In addition, we will no longer carry these designs on our UltraScope web store but you may order them by calling us direct at 800-677-2673. The following designs have been discontinued:
