Engraved UltraScopes or MAXIScopes are non-returnable.

For Unengraved stethoscopes, purchased direct from UltraScope, still in brand new condition, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
  • Exchange your scope for the cost of shipping and handling plus a $15.00 restocking fee.

    • Additionally we offer upgrades to a Duo or Trio, that will be an additional charge depending on what you need.

    If you ordered through an UltraScope vendor, please contact that company about their policies.

    For Custom Printed Diaphragms:
    Custom Diaphragms, once shipped, are non-returnable or refundable. However, they are covered under our Lifetime Warranty. Please mail defective products back to our office along with original order number for repair or replacement.
