The following information applies to items not on backorder. Please see our Backorder list for more information.
For all other items, because our items are all custom-ordered and handcrafted, orders can take up to 7-12 business days (not including holidays) for production and packaging before item(s) ship.
In addition, orders with Custom Printed Diaphragms take up to 14 business days before shipment.

Delivery times start after 7-12 business day lead time. (Not including holidays)
Delivery times are only guaranteed for UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and UPS Next Day/Overnight Services. (All other delivery times are estimated.)
UPS does NOT consider Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays as delivery days.

Arrival times vary depending on country and is not trackable. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed. Additional charges may apply, depending on size of order. Recipient will be responsible for any duties & taxes assessed by customs officials at time of import to destination country. We will continue to ship orders within our 7-12 business day lead time for orders. Please note our Holiday closure dates posted above.

To GUARANTEE your order arrives by December 24, place your complete order by:
December 11 - Ship UPS 3-Day
December 12 - Ship UPS 2-Day
December 13 - Ship UPS Next Day/Overnight
For International Orders, we cannot guarantee arrival by a certain time. However, it is strongly advised that orders be placed at least 1 month in advance for Christmas delivery.
