Due to changes with how the USPS processes first class packages, we are now required to charge shipping on all warranty items.  

Normal usage may loosen the diaphragm, retaining ring and eartips. Check your scope occasionally and tighten these parts regularly and as necessary.

Grey screw on eartips will not work on tubing sets that came with black push on eartips. Feel free to call us at 877-633-8688 if you need help determining which eartip is correct for your tubing.
