Due to changes with how the USPS processes first class packages, we are now required to charge shipping on all warranty items.  

This is the Diaphragm on the underside of the Ultrascope acrylic head along with the metal Retaining Ring to hold it in place. If your current Retaining Ring will not stay on, it is more likely an issue with the ring itself rather than the bell. It is a good idea to replace the Diaphragm at the same time. Conversely, if there is a need to replace the Diaphragm, it is also a good idea to replace the Retaining Ring simultaneously.

The Adult Size: ~1.75" or ~ 43mm in diameter.

The Pediatric Size: ~1.25" or ~ 33mm in diameter.

If you have already replaced your diaphragm and retaining ring and it still will not tighten or stay on, please contact us.

Normal usage may loosen the diaphragm, retaining ring and eartips. Check your Ultrascope occasionally and tighten these parts regularly and as necessary.
