If your diaphragm and retaining ring will not tighten or stay on please contact us.

Due to changes with how the USPS processes first class packages, we are now required to charge shipping on all warranty items.  

Normal usage may loosen the diaphragm, retaining ring and eartips. Check your scope occasionally and tighten these parts regularly and as necessary.
